Perfect and very convenient car park! Very useful for setting off with peace of mind, knowing your car is completely safe. We used the «Adopark» service as part of our holiday arrangements. When we arrived (at around 4 am), we were greeted by two young women who didn’t crack a smile and didn’t reply when we said hello. The journey to the airport was a bit of a rollercoaster. The driver was driving well above the speed limit, even though there were children on board. On the return journey, we had to wait for the driver to arrive; she didn’t want to come when I rang her because we hadn’t yet left the airport… The next time we go on holiday, we won’t hesitate to use a rival service.

A really great experience! I dropped my car off at the car park and everything went perfectly. The team are reliable, professional and very organised. The shuttle then took us straight to the airport, which is really handy and reassuring. Everything was simple, quick and efficient, from dropping off the car right through to our arrival at the airport. I’d definitely recommend them! 😊

Yes, we recommend that you book your car park in advance so that we can plan your arrival and transfer to the airport as efficiently as possible. Booking guarantees you your parking space and the best rate.

There is a shuttle bus every 15 minutes to take you to the airport.Mulhouse airport. On your return? Simply call the number given to you and you'll be picked up as quickly as possible.

Use our online reservation system. Indicate your arrival date, then the date on which you would like to collect your car.

On the outward journey, please allow 30 minutes between arriving at the car park and the time you wish to arrive at Basel/Mulhouse airport. You can wait in our reception area, which has a cafeteria. On your return, once you have collected your luggage, all you have to do is call us so that we can collect you (from the same place as the drop-off).

Yes, you make your payments via our bank's website or via Paypal, depending on your choice.

Simply go to reception, where we will quickly check your reservation. You can then park your vehicle in the car park indicated to you.

Simply collect your luggage, give us a call and head for the express car park on the French side. We'll pick you up as soon as possible.

Our car park is fenced, lit and under video surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You may leave personal items in your vehicle, but we advise against doing so. The car park cannot be held responsible in the event of theft. However, if you decide to leave personal items or valuables in your vehicle, we advise you to conceal them.

On the outward journey, if you have taken out cancellation insurance you will be refunded the full amount paid on Our site.
In the absence of insurance, the general terms and conditions of sale will apply.

If you are returning, let us know by e-mail as soon as you have a return date.

For outdoor parking :

You can leave the keys with us if you wish (key safekeeping option €2). But you are free to take them with you if you prefer.

Please note that depending on the activity in the car park, you may be asked to hand in your car keys (free of charge).

For indoor parking :

The keys must be returned. Your vehicle will have to be moved (inventory of fixtures before each move, garage insurance for car moves) for organisational or security reasons (key safekeeping offered).
