Payment for any subscription to one of the services offered by Adopark is made on the day of your reservation by credit card via Payplug.

Adopark cannot be held responsible if a customer misses their flight due to traffic congestion or any other incident on the way from Adopark to the airport.
Adopark provides a free shuttle service between the car park and the airport for both outward and return journeys. However, the time taken to collect the vehicle on the return journey may vary and exceed the time initially agreed. Adopark will not be held responsible for any additional delay, whatever the reason or reason for the delay.
The customer is obliged to pay the price of the services chosen. Any breach of this obligation will automatically result in the cancellation of the reservation.
The customer retains the keys to their vehicle for the duration of their stay. customers may be asked to leave the keys to their vehicle, depending on the activity.. When booking, the customer must indicate the exact number of passengers to be transported to the airport. Based on this number, Adopark will plan the shuttles required for a single trip. Adopark cannot be held responsible if the customer indicates an incorrect number of passengers and the plane is missed. Adopark will still provide transportation to the airport but in multiple trips. Adopark reserves the right to invoice for the excess number of shuttles used if, for example, the client indicates 15 people to be transported and in the end only 2 show up.
Cancellation/changeover insurance is available at a cost of €3 (inc. VAT) for all bookings of so that the customer can be reimbursed for the price of the service excluding the amount of this without having to justify the reasons for the cancellation or modification of its insurance. reservation. If the cancellation is made after the date of entry to the car park, the customer will receive 25% of the amount of the reservation in the form of a promotional code to be used on our website, valid for 1 year.
Adopark reserves the right to modify all or part of these conditions.
The General Terms and Conditions, all acts and transactions hereunder and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
Any dispute or controversy arising from the formulation, interpretation, acceptance or performance of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of the company.
Force majeure will be understood here as any external and unforeseeable event. In the event of thunderstorms, floods, hail or any other extraordinary climatic event, the customer waives all claims against the Adopark car park for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle. The customer may or may not be insured for this type of climatic incident.
